Senior Electrical Engineer – Industrial Electrics

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Industrial Electrics division, based at our Porto office. With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market. Responsibilities: Develop Industrial Electrical Installations projects Ensure compliance with the established project deadlines Manage the team assigned to you for project development Support and train junior team members Profile: Master’s degree in electrical engineering Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory), with the ability to communicate in an international project environment Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the development of industrial electrical installations projects Strong technical background in industrial electrical systems, including design, specifications, and technical reviews Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of REVIT is considered an asset, particularly in BIM environments Strong work capacity and adaptability to different project types Autonomy and proactiveness Good communication skills and team spirit High work capacity, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong autonomy, proactiveness, and sense of responsibility Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and strong team-oriented mindset Ability to adapt to different project typologies and work effectively in multidisciplinary environments What we offer: Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
