We are looking for a Senior SAP QM Process Expert to support S/4HANA transformation and rollout initiatives in an automotive tech environment.
Work setup: Hybrid – Porto – 3 days on-site per week.
Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP S/4HANA QM processes in line with target processes defined by Global Process Owners and business requirements
- Govern required data structures and support data migration activities within site readiness and rollout projects
- Ensure integration of QM processes with MM, PP, SD, and related quality solutions such as MHP Cockpit
- Set up and validate compliance workflows aligned with regulatory requirements including ISO, FDA, SOX, and GDPR
- Prepare and maintain audit‑ready process and compliance documentation for internal and external audits
- Define and execute test scenarios during SIT and UAT to validate quality and compliance configurations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, GPOs, rollout teams, and data migration factory teams
- Drive continuous improvement of QM, compliance, and data migration processes based on SAP best practices and regulatory changes
Must‑have requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Quality Management process expert in S/4HANA transformation projects
- Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP QM and its integration points with MM, PP, and SD
- Proven experience with data migration requirements in ECC to S/4HANA or non‑SAP to S/4HANA transformations
- Strong understanding of compliance workflows, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks such as ISO, FDA, SOX, and GDPR
- Ability to work across business and IT teams in rollout and site readiness environments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Fluency in English
