Now, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious, experienced Sr Product Manager to join our PaxRide product team. PaxRide is a fast-scaling B2B provider of ground transportation and sightseeing tours, helping travel agencies, OTAs, airlines, cruise companies, DMCs, and corporate clients manage transfers across 150+ countries. About the role As a Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, leading the development of PaxRide and B2B products. You will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the unified PaxRide and B2B product, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement the integration of PaxRide and B2B products , ensuring seamless functionality and business value. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the unified PaxRide and B2B product, aligned with company goals. Analyze product data and client feedback to identify and deliver 2–3 high-impact improvements for B2B clients. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and analytics teams to ensure successful product delivery. Track KPIs and product performance , using data to inform product decisions and optimize user experience. Communicate product progress, roadmap, and key results to internal stakeholders and leadership teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Hard Skills Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmap , and managing end-to-end product lifecycle . Strong understanding of B2B customer needs, workflows, and product solutions for business clients. Experience in interpreting analytics, tracking KPIs, and using data to drive product decisions. Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and ability to translate client needs into product features. Skilled in managing cross-functional projects , coordinating teams, and engaging with stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends, competitors , and industry best practices to inform strategic planning. Soft Skills Inspiring and effective cross-functional leader, capable of motivating and aligning teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture , prioritize initiatives, and balance short- and long-term goals.
