Role Overview: We are looking for a .NET Tech Lead to join one of our biggest clients, a global technology company recognized for building innovative, scalable, and user-focused digital solutions across multiple industries, including fintech. If you are looking for an opportunity to lead high-performing engineering teams, shape impactful software architectures, and contribute to cutting-edge projects, we have the ideal challenge for your career. ✨ Come energize your future with us Location: Full-remote from Portugal (only considering applications from candidates based in Portugal). What you will do: • Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. • Design and implement scalable systems and microservices architecture. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn business requirements into technical solutions. • Define and enforce best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines. What you are like: • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. • Strong proficiency in .NET and experience with Azure . • Experience with React and Next.js . • Solid understanding of scalable architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices. • Ideally, previous experience in the fintech sector . • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. • Comfortable working in agile environments and coaching other engineers.
