Job description AFCAMARA está em busca de pessoas com perfil de Consultor Funcional SAP SD para atuar em parceria com um grande cliente no segmento de Tecnologia. Main responsibilities Responsabilidades do Consultor SAP SD 1. Levantamento de Requisitos e Análise de Negócio Entender os processos de vendas, faturamento, logística e distribuição da empresa. Levantar, documentar e validar requisitos junto às áreas de negócio (comercial, logística, faturamento, etc.). Propor melhorias e otimizações nos processos com base nas funcionalidades do SAP SD. 2. Configuração do Sistema (Customizing) Parametrizar o módulo SD no SAP para atender aos processos de: Vendas (ordens de venda, cotação, contrato, devoluções) Expedição (entregas, transporte) Faturamento (criação de faturas, notas fiscais) Integração com o FI (contas a receber e impostos) Criar e manter tipos de documentos (ex: OR, RE, LF, F2) e seus fluxos de processo. 3. Suporte Funcional e Sustentação Atender chamados de incidentes, correções e solicitações de melhoria. Suporte a usuários-chave e áreas de negócio. Monitorar processos críticos (ex: fluxo de faturamento, geração de NF-e). 4. Testes e Validação Criar e executar cenários de testes funcionais e integrados (UT e IT). Participar de homologações com usuários de negócio. Garantir integridade entre SD e os módulos FI, MM, PP e WM. 5. Treinamento e Documentação Produzir manuais de operação e documentação funcional. Treinar usuários finais e multiplicadores. Acompanhar o go-live e prestar suporte pós-implantação. 6. Projetos e Iniciativas Estratégicas Participar de projetos de implementação, rollouts, atualizações e melhorias. Trabalhar com metodologias ágeis ou tradicionais (Scrum, ASAP, Activate). Apoiar integrações com sistemas externos (ex: soluções fiscais, CRM, TMS).
