Each expedition blends gastronomy, wine, culture, arts, entertainment, adventure, crafts and nature, allowing travelers to experience the country from an entirely new perspective. Beyond its expedition portfolio, NewImage also manages bespoke events and corporate experiences, leveraging its premium infrastructure: luxury caravans set in exclusive locations, expandable design containers, competition trucks and custom‑built off‑road vehicles — creating truly unique, made‑to‑measure destination programs. Key Responsibilities Reservations Management & B2B Relations Receive, confirm, and organize bookings from partner agencies Maintain and continuously update the booking system / CRM Liaise with hotels, restaurants, and experience providers Prepare vouchers, participant lists, and rooming lists Manage changes, cancellations, and booking conditions Operational Logistics Coordinate vehicles, equipment, and inventory Prepare individual and vehicle kits Manage schedules, pick-ups, and transfers Organize operational folders and documentation Support to the Commercial Director & Guide Team Prepare commercial documentation (when required) Support the preparation of fam trips Provide administrative support (contracts, payments, suppliers) Operational Control & Quality Assurance Collect feedback after each expedition Produce operational reports (costs, incidents, timings) Update SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, hospitality, or DMCs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Fluent English (mandatory) Ability to multitask and manage operations under pressure Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of resilience and autonomy Personal Profile Methodical, highly organized, and fast‑paced Enjoys logistics and problem‑solving Strong service mindset and hospitality spirit Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy Zero tolerance for disorganization #J-18808-Ljbffr
