Transformation Development Manager

In order to meet our growing business demand, we are looking for the next generation of Transformation and People Development Managers. Highly motivated, professional, and charismatic business transformation professionals who can lead the client´s operational teams in delivering financial results through the implementation of operational improvement programs. All of this is done primarily through the development of the operational teams and by leading them on the transformation journey. If you are empathetic, energetic, focused, have an analytical mindset and like the challenge of leading organizations through the transformation path, then you may be the person we are looking for. Our responsibilities include: Successful Implementation and delivery of Performance Improvement projects Identification and delivery of business-critical opportunities in innovative, digital and fast paced environments Project / program management, financial reporting and budget control Leading client teams through the transformation path to results sustainability Client and people management and development Foster positive change through advanced coaching, NPL and other transformation methodologies Team management and performance evaluation People development, training and coaching in the transformation journey Our requirements: Strong business acumen and gravitas Experience in implementing transformational performance and deliver initiatives at the point of execution Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques Change and Transformation management experience Experience in developing and implementing personal / professional development plans enabling behaviors and attitude changes Build and maintain trust based relationships with client teams to support a safe transformation environment Act as a change agent by promoting a continuous growth and innovative organization To design and deliver development workshops, training and coaching / NPL events Immediate Availability Delivery focus, energetic and good interpersonal skills Analytical and conceptual thinking Business transformation experience in Industry environment Minimum of 5 years in transformation implementation experience (preferred) Lean Six Sigma, Coaching, NPL certifications (preferred) Fluent in Portuguese, and English at professional level – key requirement MSOffice Proficient (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, …) Availability for 100% travel and on site presence – no remote work available We are a leading provider of transformational performance improvement solutions that generate accelerated outstanding results for our clients’ bottom line. The main purpose of the role is to successfully manage and deliver business-critical and complex transformation engagements, and to lead clients´ teams in the transformation and development path to a higher level of skill and competency.
