Context As Ivy Partners continues its rapid expansion, we are strengthening our internal IT team with a hands-on, versatile professional. Your Role: DevSecOps Engineer You will contribute across a broad technical perimeter, including: 1. Azure, Cloud & Applications M365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams Security configuration and monitoring Full lifecycle management of cloud applications 2. Security Operations Implement corporate security standards in collaboration with the CISO Perform daily security monitoring Support incident investigation and response activities 3. Industrialization & Automation Standardize IT processes (ITIL, Security, Project, Business Analysis) Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps practices (GitHub/GitLab) Contribute to automation initiatives across cloud, security, and platform layers 5. Support & Helpdesk Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support across the Lisbon Office Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of daily support tickets About You You have 3-5 years of experience in DevSecOps practices (Terraform/Ansible), GitHub/GitLab Strong soft skills: rigorous, service-oriented, autonomous, collaborative, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment Solid expertise in Azure/M365 administration: Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, M365, Defender suite Scripting skills: PowerShell required; Bash or Python is a plus You are fluent in English and Portuguese, French or German is a plus Why Ivy Partners?
