Securities Database Officer Location: Lisbon Seniority / Experience: 2 – Experienced About the Role: We are looking for a Securities Database Officer to join a highly critical operational team responsible for managing and maintaining the setup of financial securities that feed core business databases. You will be part of a multicultural and international environment , working closely with teams based in Lisbon and Chennai, operating as one integrated unit. Key Responsibilities: Perform the setup, update, and follow-up of securities within the VALINFO environment, analyzing and resolving issues related to associated parameters. Perform the setup, update, and follow-up of securities within the ABS environment, including issue analysis, parameter resolution, and price updates. Execute control processes through listings and client claims, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and responsiveness. Apply established operational procedures accurately and consistently. Participate in portfolio migrations and ensure operational coverage (midday, closing, and target). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Language Skills: English – Professional level
