About The Role: Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to oversee treasury activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You’ll provide targeted advice to our Treasury and Finance teams across activities including capital and liquidity management, interest rate risk management, and asset liability management. What You'll Be Doing Developing, maintaining, and enforcing treasury policies, procedures, and related internal controls Advising leadership on regulatory compliance matters impacting treasury activities across jurisdictions Aligning treasury compliance activities with group-wide strategies and standards Assessing compliance with key treasury regulations, including EMIR, CRR, liquidity requirements, SFTR, securitisation rules, and large exposures Ensuring readiness for regulatory reviews, and supporting annual safeguarding audit processes Tracking emerging regulations, such as repo-clearing requirements Partnering with Risk, Legal, and Finance teams to embed compliance considerations and controls into treasury products, funding, and hedging derivatives activity Acting as the first point of contact for regulatory compliance queries within Treasury, providing proactive guidance to ensure alignment with EU and UK regulations What You'll Need 5+ years of compliance experience in treasury, liquidity, or financial risk management, either within a bank, financial institution, or fintech (covering liquidity, capital, or funding management) A background in process design or enhancements to strengthen compliance programmes for treasury regulations and reporting obligations Technical knowledge of regulatory requirements for liquidity, capital adequacy, and large exposures, from identification to implementation The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines Nice to have Familiarity with treasury-related regulations, including EMIR, CRR, SFTR, liquidity requirements, and safeguarding rules Experience on a global team Adaptability to collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Legal Important notices Important notice for candidates: Job scams are on the rise.
