We are strengthening our team with a Tech Lead profile Your main responsibilities: Technically lead the development team in .NET and React projects; Actively participate in the definition of architecture and integration of technical solutions; Collaborate with the client in gathering and analyzing requirements; Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions, respecting deadlines and development best practices; Support planning and task assignment within the team; Guarantee effective communication between technical and business stakeholders. What we are looking for: Solid experience in .NETCore development; React.js and Typescript; Proven experience in leading technical teams; Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; Experience in integration via Webservices / WebAPI; Knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS; Experience in ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL development; Good knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Azure; Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
