How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for Professional Services aligned with sustainability and business objectives. Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities and risks in Indirect Services procurement. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms and optimal agreements. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to refine procurement strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate subcontracting initiatives into business goals. Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract lifecycle management. Ensure compliance with procurement processes and statutory requirements. Act as a subject matter expert, guiding informed decision-making across the organization. Key Skills And Experience Must-Have 7 to 10 years of experience in Indirect service/Professional services procurement. Expertise in negotiations and contract management, specifically Master Service Agreements. In-depth knowledge of Professional Service markets and emerging industry trends. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Nice-To-Have Experience in leading cross-functional teams in procurement initiatives. Familiarity with compliance regulations related to procurement processes. Proven ability to drive change and innovation in procurement strategies. Understanding of environmental sustainability practices in procurement. Experience with Supplier Relationship Management and performance metrics.
