As an Platform Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices, primarily with Terraform.
- Automate configuration management and deployment processes using Ansible.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized workloads on Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with development teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application delivery.
- Monitor platform performance, reliability, and security, troubleshooting issues across environments.
- Define and promote best practices for infrastructure automation, scalability, and platform governance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform's architecture and operational processes.
About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- Have at least 4 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
- Have strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Have experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Have solid experience deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes.
- Are proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or equivalent) and familiar with CI/CD practices.
- Have experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
