Nokia is seeking a senior standards engineer to shape 400 Gb/s-per-lane electrical I/O and SERDES interfaces for high-speed Ethernet and optical networking. You will contribute to IEEE 802.3 and OIF projects, translating system and product requirements into robust standards proposals.
Ideal candidates have hands-on SERDES and electrical PHY experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record in industry-standardization activities. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.
