We are looking for an IT Change Manager with: Strong experience in ITIL-based Change Management , including running end-to-end change processes. Ability to lead CAB meetings , assess risks, and ensure proper approvals and documentation. Experience coordinating with multiple IT teams to schedule and implement changes with minimal service disruption . Solid skills in risk assessment , mitigation planning, and compliance with ITIL best practices. Experience with ServiceNow and proficiency in Excel / Power BI for reporting and KPI tracking. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams. Strong ability to work under pressure, manage simultaneous tasks, and drive continuous process improvement .
