Whether you’re using your mobile, laptop, desk phone, or our market-leading integrations, Dstny is always accessible through your preferred interface.Headquartered in Brussels, our team of over 1,000 colleagues spans 8 countries and supports more than 5 million users worldwide.Join us and be part of a company that’s shaping the future of work, Make Hybrid Work together with Dstny. nowThe Full Stack Developer (Smartflow) is responsible for designing, building, and operating end-to-end features and services across Smartflow applications, with a focus on:-Conversational AI use cases-Real-time communication and event-driven systems-CRM and business system integrationsThe role ensures delivery of scalable, reliable, and production-ready software, contributing directly to Smartflow’s evolution as a leading AI-enabled communications platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features
* Frontend (UI / UX for Smartflow applications)
* Backend services and APIs
* Work across integrations between systems, and data flows and real-time processing
* Own features from design → implementation → deployment → support
* Build and maintain robust APIs and integration layers
* Connect Smartflow with CRM systems, telephony / AI services, and external partner systems
* Ensure clean interface design and long-term maintainability
* Ensure code quality, testability, and performance
* Contribute to observability (logging, monitoring), stability and production readiness
* Support incident resolution and continuous improvementWe are looking for:* Strong experience in TypeScript, frontend frameworks (React / Vue.js), and backend development (Node.js or similar)
* Solid understanding of databases and SQL, and of API design and development Additional / Preferred Skills
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or similar), modern DevOps practices, and C# or similar backend languages
* Familiarity with event-driven architectures, real-time systems, and AI/ML-based services (usage, not research) Working Style & Competencies
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies##
