Solutions Architect II – Full-time Remote (Outliant) We’re looking to hire a full-time remote Solutions Architect II for Webflow-based projects. You'll be empowered to define your own work and set the technical vision for assigned projects. Work hours: This role requires working in EST (Eastern Standard Time). Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges at a strategic level. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into innovative and future-proof technical solutions. Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within the solution architecture discipline. Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices. Select and integrate cutting‑edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) to build robust and efficient solutions, including React, Node.js, Webflow, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing solution effectiveness. Lead presentations and discussions, effectively defending your proposed solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designed solutions. Identify opportunities for optimization and propose innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, actively evaluating and integrating them into your solution strategy. Mentor junior Solution Architects and share expertise through internal knowledge sharing initiatives. Demonstrate experience leading and guiding teams to achieve project and organizational goals. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role. Hands‑on experience with ReactJS and Node.js. 3–5 years of experience in solution design and implementation, with expertise in a specific domain such as cloud computing or security. Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex technical projects. Mastery of relevant technical skills, including cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security. Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches within the solution architecture field. Excellent communication skills, bridging the gap between technical and non‑technical audiences. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strategic mindset. Experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for web projects. Certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect are a plus. Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation. Experience with automation and orchestration tools. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA). Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide technical teams. Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
