NAM has around 900 employees and more than 475 Nordic and international institutional clients. About this opportunity Welcome to the Corporate Advisory team. We add value by supporting and advising NAM value chain on corporate legal matters. This includes providing support and legal advice relating to the legal structures, general company law matters and business expansion of NAM. As an Analyst in our team, you’ll play a valuable role in setting up and monitoring on an ongoing basis the corporate requirements of the NAM legal entities, interacting with all parts of the organisation, as well as developing and improving our reporting solutions and processes. We strive to automate all reporting tasks to enable us to work primarily on exception handling, on conducting reviews of existing solutions and on implementing new reporting initiatives. What you’ll be doing: Set-up and maintain an overview of the corporate reporting requirements of NAM legal entities Stay up-to-date of the regulatory environment affecting the NAM legal entities Interact and coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure timely submission of corporate reporting Participate in maintenance, improvements and developments of our reporting solutions and processes You’ll join an international and diverse environment, where there are development opportunities, both in your career and on a personal level. The Corporate Advisory team spread around Sweden, Luxembourg and Portugal and we are currently looking for a new colleague for the Portugal office. The role is based in Oeiras.
