Dutch Speaking Sales Agent – Relocation to Sofia Mercier Consultancy Medical is excited to offer a Dutch Speaking Sales Agent position with paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for enthusiastic sales professionals ready to take their careers to the next level, delivering exceptional service to our Dutch‑speaking clients. Pay Range Base pay will be based on your skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter. Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients in the Dutch‑speaking market through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and email outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of our offerings. Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure a smooth transition for clients. Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team goals and initiatives. Requirements Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proactive and results‑driven, with a knack for identifying opportunities and closing deals. Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. A positive attitude and a willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. Desire to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with a focus on personal and professional growth.
