Senior Platform Engineer Lisboa | Regime Híbrido (3 dias presenciais / semana) Setor: Seguros Na Mootiva , estamos a recrutar um Senior Platform Engineer para integrar um projeto sólido no setor segurador, com foco no desenho, desenvolvimento e evolução de plataformas internas de developer experience , recorrendo a práticas modernas de Platform Engineering e DevOps . Esta função tem um papel central na melhoria da produtividade das equipas de desenvolvimento e na excelência operacional , através de automação, escalabilidade e fiabilidade das plataformas. Responsabilidades Desenvolver e evoluir plataformas internas de developers utilizando Backstage e frameworks associados Implementar e manter pipelines de CI/CD e workflows de GitOps Integrar e gerir soluções de container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) na arquitetura da plataforma Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas de produto e engenharia para entregar soluções seguras, escaláveis e resilientes Definir e implementar estratégias de automação e princípios de SRE Garantir observabilidade, monitorização, logging e segurança integradas desde a conceção da plataforma Perfil pretendido: Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em funções relevantes (≥ 5 anos) Forte experiência em Platform Engineering , nomeadamente com Backstage Domínio de Kubernetes, Docker e práticas de Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Conhecimentos sólidos de CI/CD e pipelines de entrega de software modernos Experiência com monitorização, logging e incident response Capacidade de trabalhar em contexto client-facing e de relacionamento com stakeholders Valorizamos ainda: Experiência em ambientes cloud-native e estratégias multi-cloud Conhecimentos de boas práticas de segurança aplicadas a plataformas Idiomas: Português e Inglês fluentes (obrigatório) O que oferecemos: Integração num projeto tecnológico desafiante e estável Ambiente técnico moderno, com foco em boas práticas e qualidade Colaboração com equipas experientes e contextos enterprise Acompanhamento próximo por parte da Mootiva Candidaturas: Envia o teu CV para Assunto: Senior Platform Engineer
