What you will be doing: Support and coordinate PMO activities across multiple business units, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment between teams; Assist managers with the preparation of executive presentations and reporting data; Reconcile and ensure consistency of data across internal systems, tools, and departments (e.g. HR, Procurement, Operations); Extract, prepare, and format data for Power BI dashboards , ensuring accuracy and usability; Automate and optimise operational and reporting processes; Maintain and update reference repositories, organisational charts, and skills matrices; Support onboarding activities for new joiners, including documentation, signatures, and secure document sharing; Coordinate timesheet reconciliations across systems; Manage performance surveys and skills tracking initiatives; Organise internal events, seminars, and visitor logistics (badges, meeting rooms, access); Handle invoicing-related administrative activities and follow-up; Ensure regular communication and coordination with stakeholders across entities. What are we looking for? Minimum 5 years experience in a PMO, project coordination, or operational support role , preferably in an international or multi-entity environment; Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence); Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI , including data extraction, transformation, and dashboard maintenance; Strong command of office tools, particularly PowerPoint ; Solid understanding of process and workflow management and continuous improvement practices; Experience supporting HR-related processes , such as onboarding, performance tracking, or skills management; Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities; Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills; Professional proficiency in English, French, and Portuguese .
