In this role you will have the opportunity to pursue your enthusiasm for IT security applications and expand your expert knowledge in constant exchange with our highly qualified software and security specialists. Within a short period of training, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and support of our solutions on our security platforms. Together with our engineers, you will work on projects, taking on the following tasks: Responsibilities Design, configuration, and integration of digital‑identity security solutions into our customers’ system environments as a member of project teams. Security processes, application and network security solutions. Implement, generate, customise, test and approve change requests and releases. Second‑ and third‑level support of customers with operational tasks and problems in productive environments. Operation, control, and monitoring of security solutions, both in the cloud and on‑site at the customer’s premises. Build, integrate, and expand the necessary tools, e.g. proactive monitoring, CI/CD, early detection of problems or fraud detection, and quick intervention in the event of a disruption. What we're looking for BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field. Good knowledge of Linux/Unix (shell, tools) and network protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S) and technologies such as containers and cloud platforms. Interest in security processes, master data management and the design of secure interfaces. Experience deploying, configuring, and optimizing software solutions and tools for efficient operations such as monitoring, CI/CD, etc., with a DevOps mindset. You enjoy working with scripting and programming languages such as MSSQL, PowerShell, Angular, Java, VB.NET and Java‑scripts and are open to learning other technologies. Very good command of English.
