About the role Are you an experience valuer looking for a job in an international real estate leading firm? Are you business‑minded, pro‑active, curious and independent? This is a unique opportunity to combine your skills with a substantive function in a real estate specialist environment – we would really like to talk to you What will you be doing? The main focus of this position will be analyzing and valuing hotel assets across all sectors, establishing a profound relationship with the local business lines and the European team. Analyzing performance across all types of real estate activity sectors, especially hotels. Gathering market information to support your analysis. Participating in the valuation of all kinds of properties, especially hotels. What we need from you? Certified valuer within CMVM and/or RICS. Preferred hotel valuation background. Professional experience in valuation. Optimistic and innovative mindset. Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously. Good communication skills – written and verbal – and fluency, both in Portuguese and in English. What we can offer you? It’s a team of seven specialists in Portugal who work closely with colleagues from other departments, as well as with European offices and clients.
