End-to-End Application Management: Full ownership of the Mendix application lifecycle, encompassing business requirements analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and continuous maintenance, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and third-level support. Quality Assurance & Documentation: Responsibility for comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT), creating and maintaining essential technical documentation, user manuals, and delivering effective training to end-users and support teams. Strategic Contribution & Integration: Support product strategy, design business scenarios, evaluate enhancements, and ensure seamless integration of Mendix applications with various internal and external systems, notably SAP. Profile & Skills: A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with 5+ years in software development and significant Mendix application experience, alongside fluent English. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an Agile mindset. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs. Collaborate with technical teams to align functional outcomes with technical deliverables. Prepare test scenarios, support SIT/UAT cycles, and track defects through closure. Contribute to deployment readiness, data migration validation, cutover, and hypercare. Promote adherence to the global template and project governance standards.
