Requirements Proven experience in running successful venture(s) with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role Proven track record of growing DIGITAL B2B businesses, improving revenue and increasing profitability Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, team performance, and leading - departmental initiatives. Deep understanding of digital products, development workflows, UX, QA, SEO and marketplace dynamics. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to enforce standards and elevate quality across teams. Available to work EST hours (6 AM to 3 PM) with flexibility for calls with the CEO until 5 PM EST. Skill Set Strong leadership and ability to turn executive decisions into clear, actionable guidance for teams. High organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities, enforcing processes, and maintaining the structure. Sales awareness and - focused, able to support upselling and client relationship growth. Excellent communicator capable of aligning heads of departments, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth - department collaboration.
