We are looking for a Technical & Financial IT Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and improving IT services within a dynamic financial environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and manage IT services and operational processes in a financial environment
- Work closely with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Contribute to IT automation, monitoring, incident and service management
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service reliability
- Work with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ansible and Dynatrace
- Ensure IT processes and services follow ITIL best practices
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and financial/business stakeholders
- Analyse issues, coordinate solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management or a similar technical environment
- Understanding of financial services / banking environments is highly valued
- Hands-on or working knowledge of:
- ServiceNow
- Jira
- Ansible
- Dynatrace
- Good understanding of ITIL principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
What will make you stand out?
We particularly value candidates who combine technical expertise with financial/business awareness .
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Ansible and Dynatrace will be a strong advantage.
ITIL certification or experience is a plus, but not a must-have — training and certification can be provided by the company.
