Come be Inetum Job Description The Release Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to release management, ensuring that interdependent projects are integrated into a single solution and delivered through unified releases. Acting as the bridge between project management and cross‑functional teams during the transition to production, the Release Manager ensures effective planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and overall release quality. They also supervise the execution of release/deployment activities and support the resolution of issues that arise during the process. Main Tasks Oversee the full Release process and facilitate all required meetings. Monitor and update the release calendar to ensure alignment with process milestones and group‑wide deadlines. Identify, assess, and manage risks and impacts associated with each release. Ensure clear communication channels and information availability for all release stakeholders. Track and support remediation actions resulting from issues identified during release implementation. Technical Skills Experience in Release Management or Project Management. Ability to define and monitor performance indicators. Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating meetings. Knowledge of IT systems, development lifecycle, promotion between environments, and strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to produce structured and concise reports and documentation. Languages Good level of Portuguese (B1/B2). Good level of English (B2+).
