What You´ll Do
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid online advertising campaigns
- Develop keyword strategies, manage bids, and oversee budgets
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable improvements
- Create performance reports and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to unlock new growth opportunities
- Deliver an outstanding, consultative experience to business clients
What We´re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and Good level of English (written & spoken)
- Interest or experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Structured, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Previous experience is great — but motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
