About the Role The Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise team is part of the wider Loan Solutions team within the Alternative Investors (AI) client line, collaborating with the Private Capital teams. We deliver product and solutions to asset manager and asset owner clients investing in Private Credit, Infrastructure Debt and Real Estate Debt, focusing on General Partners investing in private assets, direct loans and broadly syndicated loans. The main services delivered by the team include: middle office services, depositary functions (ownership verification and record keeping), and loan trade closing when relevant. Primary focus is on the AI client line and client segment; service delivery also covers Asset Owners, traditional Asset Managers investing in Private Credit asset classes, and Global Markets. The Officer’s mission is to ensure service delivery (delivery of results, strong awareness of risk & data quality) according to procedures and the Service Level Agreement in place. Main Tasks Ensure all required documentation (credit agreements, trade documentation, utilisation requests, and others) are collected, duly signed and fully executed. Ensure the process and management of all transactions (including trade settlements, loan repayments and loan restructures) are in compliance with procedures. Extract reports, perform reconciliations (cash and position) and provide information to support the decision process and/or oversight duties. Analyse and integrate data in the systems while comparing data from different sources to ensure its reliability. Perform controls according to procedures and risk mapping (checklists, 4‑eyes check, …).
