Director of Corporate Finance - Lisbon Our client is a leading, global first B2C travel/ecommerce business. Having scaled the operations across six countries globally and recently securing significant institutional investment, the business is seeking a Director of Corporate Finance as they embark upon an ambitious M&A program. As Director of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for leading the department that enables the Business Strategy and Model of Indie Campers, coordinating the different areas of the team spread between Fleet Financing, Bank & Investor Relations, M&A, Tax & Incentives and Insurance. You will be joining the Finance team based in the Lisbon HQ, reporting directly to the CFO, and working very closely with all major stakeholders in Operations, Revenue, Product & Engineering, People and CEO Office. Responsibilities Manage and develop the funding strategy of the business for its operational and investment plan. Manage credit approvals, deal brokerage, contract terms, payment operations, and financial modelling for financing. Identify and execute strategic M&A opportunities, leading the overall process. Develop insurance strategies, align pricing and coverage needs to guarantee operational and customer expectations. Oversee cash flow management, credit lines, and investment rounds while ensuring financial stability in a seasonal business model. Coordinate treasury activities, ensuring alignment with corporate finance functions. Manage grants, tax incentives, and transfer pricing strategies. Role Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking or Private Equity. 3+ years of experience in developing and leading teams. Strong expertise in Asset Financing, Insurance Strategy, Bank & Investor Relations, M&A in fast growing highly demanding companies. Strong analytical thinking, solving mindset, and ability to navigate complex financial structures. Ability to manage and coordinate functional teams, ensuring financial strategies align with business objectives. Thrives in paced environments and feels comfortable with changing situations. Motivated by taking ownership of projects. Fluency in English is mandatory. This role is based in Lisbon. #J-18808-Ljbffr
