YOUR ROLE Define end-to-end data architectures, including ingestion, processing, storage, and display. Evaluate suitable technologies and frameworks (cloud, on-premises, open-source). Design solutions that meet technical and business requirements, considering performance, scalability, security, and governance. Provide technical leadership in complex data platform, big data, and analytical systems modernization projects. Support engineering teams, ensuring best practices and alignment with standards. Interact with stakeholders, translating needs into technical solutions. YOUR PROFILE 7+ years of experience in data projects and 3+ years as a data solutions architect. Proven experience with big data environments (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). Deep knowledge of open-source technologies (e.g., Airflow, Hive, Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg). Experience with on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments, including designing architectures compatible with on-premises infrastructures. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong understanding of modern data architecture principles such as Data Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, and Data Mesh. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
