Senior Mechanical Engineer – Industrial Mechanics

Quadrante is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Industry Business Unit, Industrial Mechanics division at our Lisbon office. With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market. Responsibilities: Lead, oversee, and contribute to the development and design of Engineering projects (Structural and/or Fluid Mechanics and Energy) in the industrial sector Responsible for ensuring project execution within established deadlines, managing priorities within your production cell Develop tools and work methodologies that enhance outcomes and productivity Stay up to date with developments, trends, best practices, and technical solutions in your field of expertise Profile: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Fluid Mechanics and Energy or Production Proficiency in English (mandatory) Over 5 years of professional experience in the development of Industrial Mechanical projects Experience in renewable hydrogen, biomethane/biogas, or piping/equipment design is highly valued Proficiency in software such as: Excel and Caesar II (preferred); E3D (PDMS) or Plant 3D and ANSYS (valued) Ability to manage multiple topics with a high-level perspective, while also being capable of detailing plans and managing priorities Experience in managing teams and coordinating various internal and external stakeholders A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box What we offer: Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
