Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless service governance and proactive engagement; Lead customer onboarding journeys to accelerate time-to-value and service adoption; Define and manage customer-specific KPIs, preparing structured reports, risk analyses, and opportunity insights; Conduct Executive Steerings and Service Reviews to maintain strategic alignment; Coordinate crisis management activities, including incident oversight and post-incident reporting; Identify service expansion opportunities through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. What are we looking for? More than 5 years of experience in digital B2B roles within Telco, IT, or Cloud environments; Strong high-level technical understanding of networking, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions; Certifications or training in ITIL, ISO 20000, Customer Success frameworks, PMP, Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Networking (CCNA) are a plus; Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capability, and strong analytical mindset; Fluent in Portuguese and English.
