The Role:
Senior ServiceNow Developer
Work Model:
hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the office
Eligibility:
Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of CMDB .
- Experience with REST APIs and IntegrationHub .
- CIS-ITSM , ITIL Foundation , or other ServiceNow certifications.
- Knowledge of ITOM .
Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules .
- Implement and enhance Incident and Problem Management processes.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Create dashboards and maintain technical documentation.
- Support users and contribute to platform improvements.
