DECSKILL atua em 3 grandes áreas: A DECSKILL TALENT, através da qual disponibilizamos ao nosso cliente uma extensão das equipas de IT nas vertentes tecnológicas; A DECSKILL BOOST, através da qual disponibilizamos desenvolvimento especializado que permita aumentar a capacidade e otimizar o Time-to-Market, onde criamos e gerimos equipas que entregam de acordo com as suas necessidades, á velocidade desejada; A DECSKILL CONNECT através da qual disponibilizamos ao nosso cliente serviços de consultoria, implementação e gestão de infraestruturas de tecnologia de informação. A nossa prática tem como resultado a criação de valor para os nossos clientes, seja pela entrega de serviços qualificados e de valor acrescentado, seja através de profissionais altamente qualificados e motivados, bem como, pelas soluções tecnológicas que permitem operar e transformar o negócio dos nossos clientes. Procuramos um Helpdesk para projeto em Lisboa (presencial) Responsabilidades: Resolução de incidentes e pedidos de microinformática seja presencial ou remota quando aplicavel. Atualização dos tickets com o detalhe das ações efetuadas/verificadas. Atualização do cadastro dos equipamentos intervencionados. Instalação, despiste, e resolução de problemas de impressão. Requisitos: Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou área equivalente, ou experiência/formação similar. Preferência para conhecimentos ou certificação ITIL; Capacidade para resoluções de problemas de Hardware, Instalação de Imagem (PCs e Laptops), Patching de rede em bastidores.
