As part of our international development, we are looking for a Backend Software Developer for our new office in Lisbon.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAt Bedrock, we're looking for a Backend developer with a strong understanding of data management and processing. You will be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining the systems that make data calculated by our data science teams accessible to the rest of the organization.As an API Data Engineer, you'll:Create, test and maintain APIs for Data productsParticipate in code architecture discussionsForce of proposal for the improvement and stabilization on existing code and toolsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3 years of experience in creating APIs, preferably Python, but also Go, PHP, RustDevelopment environment: git, ci/cd, unit tests,Comfortable with cloud tools (AWS in particular)Optional skills:Notions of Infra as Code (Terraform)DevOps appetite (kubernetes, haproxy, monitoring)Good knowledge of SQL and databases in generalStreaming and events (Kafka, Kinesis, ...)You also have :Ability to work in a teamEye for detail and curiosityGood communication skillsAbility to respond to requests from outside the teamLIFE AT BEDROCKYou'll join an enthusiastic, friendly and close-knit team in a fast-growing tech company with more than 10 years' experience and a strong network of media shareholders.Work flexibility and brand new office spaces with a great location.A top-notch tech expertise : documentation, support, R&D, management seniority…Work Evolutions & opportunities within the company, as well as training.Strong human connections: Last Friday Talks, Demo, Meet Up, Roadshows RH
