Where will you work? At Talent Search People, we are a human resources consultancy specializing in connecting talent with leading companies. With over 15 years of experience, we select professionals with diverse specializations. We also offer RPO services to optimize talent acquisition in companies. On this occasion, one of our leading gas clients is looking for a Back Office employee with a native French level in Porto. What will you do? As a Back Office Agent you will: - Resolve customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business. - Change and maintain customer's data on the system. - Ensure a good relationship with customers. - Furthermore, ensure that the data received from the customer or other Linde department is accurately and timely maintained. Who are we looking for? - You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and emails with customers daily. - You speak French at a native level and English fluently. - Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action. - You have SAP and Outlook tools basic knowledge. - Able to work in a result oriented team. - Minimum required secondary school.
