Overview Randstad Portugal is recruiting a SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere Specialist for our client, a leading company in Automotive industry sector. You will work closely with various controlling teams and the financial reporting unit at the company's headquarters in Munich. Additionally, you will liaise regularly with the IT department, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across functions. Responsibilities Ensure consistent application of standardized processes and procedures within the organization Clarify business requirements, evaluate cost-benefit impacts, and prioritize incoming demands Develop technical concepts that align with business needs and financial objectives Manage authorization settings and maintain mapping tables for system accuracy Prepare and deliver effective user training sessions to support adoption of new tools Provide and maintain financial data to support reporting and planning activities Design and implement data models in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Offer technical expertise and support in resolving complex issues Oversee transport management and testing processes to ensure system reliability Stay up to date with emerging technologies and actively contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives Skills University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning, reporting, or analytics projects and processes Solid understanding of business planning and reporting workflows In-depth expertise with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Hands-on experience with SAC planning models, including the implementation of data actions Familiarity with SAP BW is considered a plus Excellent command of English, both written and verbal Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex challenges Self-driven, structured, and focused on achieving results Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong persuasive skills Offer Competitive salary package aligned with your experience and qualifications Opportunity to join a leading international company in the commercial vehicle sector, contributing to high-impact global projects Integration in a newly established Competence Center within the Finance department A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation and continuous improvement Hybrid work model with flexibility to support work-life balance Access to continuous training and professional development opportunities Supportive onboarding process Career growth potential within a global organization Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Human Resources Services and IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
