Como Técnico de electromedicina na Getinge, trabalhando na zona de Portugal (Lisboa), a principal missão será a realização de manutenções preventivas e corretivas a clientes estabelecidos seguindo as diretrizes do fabricante e utilizando os conhecimentos de mecânica, hidráulica e elétricos.

  • Contará com a sua experiência técnica para a instalação dos diferentes produtos da Getinge por forma a garantir o máximo desempenho;
  • Executará procedimentos de inicialização e solução de problemas de equipamentos de acordo com as especificações do fabricante e do cliente para garantir que os requisitos de qualidade e desempenho sejam alcançados;
  • A experiencia eletromecânica será altamente considerada;
  • Habilidades pessoais e foco no cliente serão cruciais nesta função;
  • Além disso, será necessário usar a sua capacidade de conciliar prioridades;
  • Residência zona do Lisboa

 

Responsabilidades Primárias

  • Fornecer manutenção preventiva e curativa nos clientes designados de acordo com os procedimentos e técnicas mais adequadas ao equipamento;
  • Formar os clientes sobre o uso mais adequado do equipamento para evitar downtimedo equipamento;
  • Cumprir todos os códigos de conduta e procedimentos de saúde e segurança exigidos pela política da empresa, requisitos do cliente e agências reguladoras;
  • Estabelecer e manter relações de trabalho positivas e colaborativas com clientes internos e externos;
  • Fornecer serviços aos clientes de acordo com os termos, condições e responsabilidades declaradas nas políticas de contrato de garantia e manutenção publicadas na empresa
  • Demonstrar o uso eficaz dos produtos e dados técnicos fornecidos pela empresa;
  • Certificar-se de que os relatórios sejam preenchidos com precisão;
  • Participar em programas de formação, reuniões e seminários;
  • Manter as despesas e o stock segundo as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo gestor da equipa;

 

Educação

  • Experiência equivalente à posição de Técnico de electromedicina;
  • Ou grau académico (licenciatura) em eletrónica, eletromecânica, engenharia biomédica;

 

Experiência

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em áreas técnicas: manutenções preventivas e corretivas;
  • Experiência em vendas ou técnicas de vendas;
  • Experiência em esterilização é uma vantagem.

 

Outras Qualificações

  • Idioma (Português; Inglês);
  • Experiências com aplicações MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word e Outlook);
  • Capacidade de viajar com frequência dentro do território nacional. Capacidade de trabalhar em horários estendidos;
  • Capacidade de recomendar/vender serviços com base nas necessidades dos clientes
  • Capacidade comprovada de trabalhar de forma independente sem supervisão de perto;
  • Capacidade de concluir todos os programas de treino designados e necessários para a posição;
  • Capacidade de lidar com eficácia com todos os funcionários e contatos comerciais externos, ao mesmo tempo que transmite uma atitude positiva e orientada para o serviço;
  • Capacidade de manter total confidencialidade e discrição nas relações comerciais.
