One of the Global Players in this industry is looking for Customer Service Agents to support their team in Lisbon. With more than 600.000 individual farmers and a lot of well-known brands in their range, you definitely will be part of something really big
Your responsibilities and impact will be:
You will be working for a well-known and market-leading company in the food sector In this role, you are responsible to:
â Offering information, and solutions and advise customers regarding the companyâs services, over emails and chat
â Contributing to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact
â Achieving the performance targets defined by the project
â Ensuring and participating in the success of the department
â Guaranteeing clients satisfaction and a high level of quality
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
â You have a native level of German and a fluent level of English â this is a must
â You have a passion for food
â You have a professional attitude and strong customer service skills
â You have excellent listening and communication skills
â You are willing to learn, develop and acquire new skills
â You are dynamic and self-motivated
â You are open-minded, a real team player, and willing to work in an international and multicultural environment
â You have a strong work ethic and are committed to your job, ready to contribute to the success of the company and project
â You must hold EU Citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
What's in it for you?
â Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 7 AM â 7 PM
â A package in line with the market: 993⬠gross / month x 14 months + up to 100⬠/ month performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23⬠/ workday + reimbursement of some transportation cost + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)
â If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400â¬) of the initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 3 months of free accommodation provided by the company
