Italian Customer Service Representative to Portugal

About our client

We are recruiting Italian Customer Support Agents for our client, worldwide leader in Customer Experience Management and shared services for international markets.

Do you want to join the Great Place to Work?  As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, from product advice to reviewing order transactions. We guarantee a great work environment, as well as the best work conditions and courses to help you achieve your goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Service for bookings, purchases of services or goods
  • Assistance with concerns regarding payment, shipping, return and exchange and further questions about customer accounts
  • Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns

Your profile

You are/have:

  • Fluent in Italian and good command of English
  • Willing to start an international experience â work abroad
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
  • Experience in customer service (preferred)
