Komme und werde Teil unseres Kundenservice-Teams für Kunden in Lissabon, um zum Gesundheitssektor und seiner Situation weltweit beizutragen.
Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Pharmaceutical Customer Service Agent werden sein:
Beantwortung eingehender Kundenanfragen und Auskünfte per E-Mail und Telefon (B2C)
Sensibel, geduldig und verständnisvoll mit den Bedürfnissen und Zweifeln des Kunden umgehen
Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
Bereitstellung von Ad-hoc-Unterstützung
Ein Teamplayer sein und am Erfolg des Teams und Projekts teilhaben
Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du brauchst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:
Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens B2-Niveau in Englisch
Wissen um den Wert und die Auswirkungen, die eine gute Kundenerfahrung erzeugen kann
Ein aufmerksamer Zuhörer zu sein, bequem und geschickt in der Kommunikation mit Menschen
Streben nach Exzellenz und Professionalität
Ein echter Teamplayer zu sein und sich für Ihre Arbeit einzusetzen
Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Lebensstil der Expatriates
In Lissabon leben oder bereit sein, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Lissabon zu ziehen
Im Besitz einer gültigen portugiesischen Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich).
Was ist für dich drin?
Vertragsart: Ein befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann. Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit, Mo-Fr, 9 – 18 Uhr
Schulung: Starte deine Karriere mit der intensiven Schulung, die das Unternehmen seinen neuen Mitarbeitern bietet (ca. 1 Woche).
Gehaltskonditionen(*): 2 Möglichkeiten: Inklusive freier Unterkunft (WG, alle Nebenkosten inklusive): 950 € brutto/Monat oder exklusive Unterkunft: 1300 € brutto/Monat
(*)Vergütung während der Ausbildungszeit bei Erfolg (5 Tage): 50 % deines Stundenlohns (niedrigere Steuern).

Erstattung der anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten
Flughafen Abholung
Jährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket zurück in Ihr Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)
Hilfe bei Formalitäten, Eröffnung eines Bankkontos usw. bei deiner Ankunft.
