The Role: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and excited to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based within an EEA country.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Self-motivated, patient, and able to handle challenging situations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
