We're looking for passionate and multilingual customer service agents to join our growing team in Lisbon, Portugal This is your chance to be part of a dynamic company that's revolutionizing mobility services around the world.
What You'll Do:
- Be a customer champion Respond to inquiries from riders and drivers via phone, live chat, and helpdesk, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Channel your inner detective Analyze escalated cases for potential policy violations or safety concerns, making informed decisions to uphold our high standards.
- Become a master problem-solver Handle customer complaints, identify the best solutions, and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
- Be a team player Collaborate with drivers and customers to gather information and resolve issues effectively, even in critical safety situations.
- Knowledge is power Maintain a deep understanding of our services to provide top-notch support and proactive suggestions.
- Be a data whiz Analyze situations and make informed decisions based on established policies and guidelines.
- Confidentiality is key Maintain the highest standards of data security and customer privacy.

- Competitive Salary & Benefits: Earn 92.80 EUR per week during a comprehensive training program, followed by a competitive salary, including room allowance, holidays and Christmas bonuses, meal allowance, private health insurance, and a meal card. (Total salary: 12,560 EUR /year with room allowance, 14,727.84 EUR /year without)
- Live in Lisbon Enjoy a fully furnished, company-rented apartment (including utilities) for the first 14 months. Apartments are typically 20-60 minutes from the office.

Do You Qualify?
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
