Job Description

The Position

We are seeking an Order to Cash Associate Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is critical in ensuring that customer payments are accurately and promptly applied to the correct accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills and a solid understanding of accounting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly payments with invoices and outstanding accounts.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments, working closely with the accounts receivable and customer service teams.
  • Prepare detailed reports on cash application activities and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all received and applied payments.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of cash application processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper accounting and application of payments.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills   

  • Bachelorâs degree in business administration, accounting, computer science, economics or currently studying;
  • English level B2

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Spanish is a plus.
