Als Back Office Specialist ga je werk als probleemoplosser. Je biedt support aan je customer-facing collega’s en je dealt met ingewikkelde problemen gerelateerd aan online bestelling door klanten die de beste elektrische producten verwachten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Back Office Specialist:

Snel met goede probleemoplossingen komen wanneer klanten vragen hebben tijdens de aankoop van producten.
Liaising met partners en problemen oplossen om klanttevredenheid te bereiken
Onderzoek doen dat leidt naar het nemen van bepaalde beslissingen die vervolgens een impact hebben op de relaties met klanten en partners.
Klanten bereiken via de telefoon of email om obstakels op te lossen, updates te geven en klachten te onderzoeken.
Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze functie te slagen:

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands + Engels op een hoog niveau
Je werkt snel en bent stressbestendig
Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt een positive mindset
Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt accuraat en efficiënt
Je kan onafhankelijk werken met minimale supervisie
Je bent proactief en je beschrijft jezelf als problem-solver
Je bent bereid om voor langere periode in Lissabon te wonen (dit is geen zomerbaan of baan voor korte periode)
Je bent punctueel en flexibel
SAP kennis is een plus
Wat zit er in voor jou?
Een salaris van 1.117€ per maand (14 keer per jaar) + 150€ bonus iedere maand
6€ lunch voucher iedere werkdag
Een tegemoedkoming van tot €400 per maand voor de huur (voor de eerste drie maanden, alleen in het geval van verhuizing naar Lissabon)
Een terugbetaling van je vliegtickets na drie maanden
Een voltijdse baan van 40 uur per week, maandag tot zondag (er zijn verschillende soorten shifts tussen 8 uur ‘s ochtens en 10 uur ’s avonds)
Een stabiele baan en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf
Een full time contract vanaf de eerste trainingsdag (training wordt 100% uitbetaald)
Een familiesfeer op de werkplaats, en een internationale en multiculturele werkomgeving
De kans om voor enkele topbedrijven te werken
Een 12-maanden contract
