Eine Karriere als Social Media Content Moderator in Lissabon wartet auf dich

Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Content Moderator werden sein:

  • Du überprüfst verschiedene Arten von Inhalten gemäà der Richtlinien

  • Du klassifizierst Inhalte basierend auf festgelegte Prozesse

  • Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen im Zusammenhang mit Vertrauens- und SicherheitsmaÃnahmen

  • Du biestest Nutzer- und Markensicherheit durch effektive Moderationsverfahren

  • Bitte beachte: Diese Aufgaben erfordern den Umgang mit sensiblen Inhalten, einschlieÃlich vulgärer Inhalte, Gewalt, Pornografie und Fake News.


Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du brauchst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und Englisch auf B2+-Niveau

  • Eine gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich)

  • Du wohnst schon oder bist bereit nach Lissabon zu ziehen

  • Interesse an Trends und Praktiken in den sozialen Medien

  • Belastbarkeit und emotionale Reife

  • Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und das Leben im Ausland

  • Unbefristeter Vertrag mit einer 30-tägigen Probezeit.

  • Attraktives Gehaltspaket mit Boni: 1.450 ⬠brutto/Monat + 300 ⬠Treueprämie alle 3 Monate + 3.000 ⬠Einstellungsprämie + Leistungsprämie 120 ⬠ab dem 4. Monat

  • Rückerstattung der anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 3 Monaten

  • Bis zu 400 ⬠monatlich für die Unterkunft in den ersten 4 Monaten

  • Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Unterkunft (temporär oder langfristig)

  • Krankenversicherung nach 6 Monaten.

  • Bezahlte Fortbildung und Mitarbeiterrabatte.
