Role Description:

As an Italian Social Media Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of user-generated content on various social media platforms. Working onsite in Lisbon, you will review and moderate Italian-language videos and posts, ensuring they comply with community guidelines and policies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and removing inappropriate content, responding to user inquiries, and maintaining a positive online environment.

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal, is essential.Strong understanding of social media platforms and content moderation principles.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.What We Offer:
