Join one of Portugal's largest BPO companies, where you will be assigned to a project for one of the world's most famous Social Media platforms As a Content Moderator, you will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring content safety and quality.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and compliance of content posted on the social media platform.
  • Review videos, photos, and audio, searching for inappropriate content before it reaches users.
  • Remove and block non-compliant content, as well as filter, organize, and assess information.
  • Contribute to creating a better user experience by helping to improve strategies and operations.
  • Promptly report any content that violates community regulations

Qualifications:

  • Native Italian speaker (C1/C2).
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • European passport/work permit for Portugal.
  • Previous back-office experience is a plus.
