Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als een customer support agent zijn:

Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen om vragen van klanten te beantwoorden of bestellingen te plaatsen
Het voltooien van orderinvoer en het coördineren van productverzendingen naar klanten door het opvragen en verzamelen van documentatie
Ondersteuning bieden en problemen van klanten oplossen
Samenwerken met interne en externe entiteiten

Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze functie te slagen:

Een uitstekend niveau Nederlands en ten minste B2 niveau Engels
Kennis van de waarde en impact die een goede klantervaring kan creëren
Een aandachtige luisteraar zijn, comfortabel en vaardig in het communiceren met mensen
Een drang naar uitmuntendheid en professionalisme hebben
Een echte teamspeler zijn en toegewijd zijn aan je werk
Enthousiast zijn over interculturele communicatie en de expatlevensstijl
Wonen in Lissabon of bereid zijn om naar Lissabon te verhuizen voor een internationale carrière en levenservaring

Wat zit er voor jou in?

Type contract: een contract van bepaalde tijd (12 maanden), ieder jaar verlengbaar
Werkuren: 40 uur/week (8 uur/dag) van maandag tot zondag, roterende diensten tussen 07.00 en 23.00 uur.
Salarisvoorwaarden* 2 opties:
Inclusief accommodatie (gedeeld appartement, alle rekeningen inbegrepen): 950€ bruto/maand
Exclusief accommodatie: 1250€ bruto/maand
* Ongeveer. 20-25% belasting - raadpleeg de kosten van levensonderhoud in Lissabon voor vergelijking met de lonen in andere EU-landen
* Vergoeding tijdens training (van 1 tot 4 weken): 50% van je uurloon (lagere belastingen)

Verhuispakket voor internationale kandidaten:
Vergoeding van je initiële vluchtkosten
Pick up van de luchthaven
Een jaarlijks vliegticket heen en terug naar je thuisland (binnen de EU)
Bij aankomst krijg je hulp bij het papierwerk, het openen van een bankrekening, enz.
Gratis Portugese taal lessen, kooklessen, sportactiviteiten en sociale evenementen georganiseerd door het bedrijf

Carrièremogelijkheden: mogelijkheid om binnen 6 maanden deel te nemen aan een ontwikkelingsprogramma om toegang te krijgen tot andere kansen binnen het bedrijf: van een ander project tot QA, Team Lead of Supervisor-rollen
